Tonight I made steak:)

Tonight I made steak, sauerkraut, mashed patatoes, and cream style corn. I used the Goya marinade Mojo. I love it, my mother in law got me hooked. I still seasoned my steak with the Goya all purpose seasoning. Then I put it in a bowl and poured the marinade and let it sit in the fridge for an hour.Then I heated up the pan and put the marinade and the steaks in the pan and let it cook. I turned the meat over several times and then covered. After it was done I put saurkraut and let it cook for about 5 more minutes. The Marinade is soooooo good. I cooked my mashed potatoes and corn and there was my meal.
